Refunds: Once you return your item, please allow up to 10 working days to receive your refund. Refunds will be made back to the account from which the item was paid for.

Exchanges: Please allow 5-10 business days for us to receive the returned item, process it, and then re deliver your new order. Don’t forget to include what you would like the item exchanged for e.g. different print etc.
